Chocolate berry

Qualche settimana fa, ho fatto il mio primo esperimento nella preparazione dei cupcakes.
Nello specifico ho preparato il Chocolate Berry: cupcakes al cioccolato fondente, ripieno di conserva ai frutti di bosco e glassa al mascarpone.
Una bomba calorica, ma deliziosa.
Come primo esperimento direi che è andato molto bene... sono spariti subito dopo averli messi in tavola.
Quando i dolci che preparo vengono apprezzati da tutti mi sento felice.
=)

Per la preparazione mi sono affidata ad un libricino rosa che ho acquistato un mesetto fa:

Eccomi qui!

Finalmente, dopo due settimane di assenza, ritorno con un post su una delle città che amo di più.

Questi giorni sono stati all'insegna del lavoro, dei libri, moltissima gente e orari irregolari!

Ieri mattina, riguardando vecchie foto, ne ho trovate alcune proprio scattate a Ljubljana.

E' una città meravigliosa, avvolta da un'atmosfera fiabesca che non passa mai. L'ho visitata tre volte dal 2008 al 2011 e in tutti e tre i casi ne sono stata conquistata.

Sembra di vivere in un'altra epoca dove tutto si svolge con pacata tranquillità, ma appena giri l'angolo la dimensione giovanile ed europea di questa città salta fuori. E' proprio un posto in cui tutte le coordinate si incontrano e diventa tangibile il suo essere una capitale europea.

Yesterday morning, I looked at some old photos and I found some shot taken in Ljubljana.
It's a wonderful city, surrounded by a fairy-tale that never goes away. I visit it three times from 2008 to 2011 and in all three cases I've been conquered.
It seems to live in another era where everything takes place with quiet tranquility, but just around the corner the young and European dimension of this city, It turns out. It's just a place where all the coordinates meet and becomes visible his being a European capital.

Ok, era assolutamente un personaggio discutibile. O lo ami o lo odi. 
Io, purtroppo, non posso fare a meno di amarlo. 
Folle, egocentrico, giudicabile, geniale, pieno di sè, opulento, illogico e assolutamente colto.
Tutto quello che era lo si ritrova tra le mura della sua casa, la Prioria, e negli spazi del Vittoriale.
Già all'ingresso si capisce il personaggio, due sono le entrate: a destra gli ospiti non graditi, a sinistra quelli graditi.
Nessun altro poteva costruirsi un posto del genere. Un'auto-celebrazione unica ed immensa.
Inutile dire che consiglio a tutti di visitare questo posto delle meraviglie, tutte le informazioni le trovate QUI.

You can found all that He was within the walls of his house, the Priory, and in the spaces of Vittoriale.
